Return & Refund Policy
At White Cloud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality products with utmost care. To ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our delivery partners, we have a clear and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Product Inspection Upon Delivery –

Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

If there is any issue with the product (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), it must be reported immediately to the delivery person.

Returns will only be accepted at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery agent.
2. Conditions for Return –

A valid reason must be provided for returning the product at the time of delivery.

If a return is accepted and the order was prepaid, we will process the refund within 3 working days.

If there is no valid reason and the customer simply refuses to receive the parcel, they will be required to bear the delivery charge as per our policy.
3. After Delivery Is Complete –

Once the parcel is received and the delivery agent has left, no return or refund request will be accepted.

We strongly urge all customers to inspect their order carefully before accepting it.
4. Wrong or Damaged Product –

If we send the wrong item or if the product is damaged, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Products with Sealed Packaging –

Some products come with intact or sealed packaging.

Customers are not allowed to break the seal before confirming acceptance of the parcel.

Breaking the seal without raising an issue at the time of delivery will void any right to return.
Important Reminder

Please inspect your parcel thoroughly in front of the delivery agent.

Once the delivery is completed and accepted, no further return or refund can be claimed.
