You can check authenticity through the barcode, batch code, packaging, and brand seal. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us – we’ll assist you.


 

3. Is your business online or do you have a physical store?

We are primarily an online-based grooming platform. However, we are opening a pickup point soon for added convenience.


 

4. What is the delivery time inside and outside Dhaka?

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days (may vary slightly based on location)


 

5. What are the delivery charges?

We offer Flat-rate Delivery Fees:

  • Inside Dhaka – BDT 50

  • Outside Dhaka – BDT 100


 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash Payment (Merchant Number)


 

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person.

  • If the product is wrong, damaged, or has any issue, it can be returned on the spot.

  • After accepting the parcel, no return or refund will be processed.

  • If the issue is from our side, we will offer a free replacement.

  • If a customer refuses the parcel without valid reason, the delivery charge must still be paid.


 

8. What if I experience a skin reaction or allergy?

All our products are safe and from trusted brands, but skin types vary.

  • Please do a patch test before full use.

  • In case of irritation, stop using the product immediately.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to individual skin reactions.

Yes! We occasionally offer promo codes, seasonal offers, and flash sales.

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted unless there is a valid issue.

  • Inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person to ensure everything is correct.

  • Do not break product seals unless you’re sure you’ll accept it.
