All products sold by White Cloud are 100% authentic.

Our products are sourced through authorized suppliers, verified importers, direct international imports, and official distributorships of select international brands. We do not deal in replicas or counterfeit products.


 

 

3. PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • White Cloud reserves the right to cancel or correct any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or technical discrepancies.


 

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods:

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or order verification, where applicable.


 

5. DELIVERY

Delivery timelines, charges, and conditions are governed by our Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


 

6. PRODUCT INSPECTION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the parcel in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

If inspection at delivery is not possible, customers are requested to record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel and contact us promptly so we can assist accordingly.

All return, refund, or replacement requests are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy.


 

7. SEALED & HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Certain products are sealed for hygiene and safety reasons. Once opened, used, or tampered with, such products are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
