At WHITE CLOUD, we carefully process every order to make sure it reaches you correctly and securely.
Because of the nature of our grooming and personal care products, we do not offer a general refund or cancellation facility after an order has been confirmed and processed. However, in certain genuine situations, a refund may be considered after reviewing the circumstances. For product-related issues, please first check our Return Policy.

ORDER CONFIRMATION PAYMENT
For certain orders, WHITE CLOUD may request a partial advance payment to confirm and process the order. Once an order has been confirmed based on an advance payment, we begin preparing it for delivery.
If the customer subsequently refuses to receive the confirmed parcel, remains unavailable, or otherwise fails to accept the order without a valid reason, the advance payment may be used to cover costs already incurred in processing the order and may not be refundable.
However, if the order cannot be fulfilled due to an issue from WHITE CLOUD’s side, the applicable advance amount will be reviewed for refund.

Please carefully check the product, quantity, price, delivery address, phone number, and other order details before confirming your order.
Once an order is confirmed, we recommend accepting the parcel as ordered unless there is a genuine issue covered by our Return Policy.
